　　2100年，在神秘的荒野極寒森林地帶，到處是茂密的原始深林，和寒冷的冰雪，里面暗藏危機。在這片極寒荒野森林地帶有一塊帶有外太空宇宙力量的加卡爾2號星球的隕石墜落于此，這種隕石具有神秘的力量可以將其他生物變異，但是通過科學(xué)家將其找到并技術(shù)改良，可以消除隕石帶來的變異力量，化為解決多樣性生物各種疾病造福人類的解決方案。文教授所帶領(lǐng)的科考隊前往了這片荒野極寒森林地帶尋找這顆隕石來消除這場危機，但是邪惡的烈昆集團也在尋找這顆隕石給他們帶來財富，但是誰都沒有想到隕石改變了生物的特性，這群生物變的危險重重，文教授他們能否面對邪惡的烈昆集團和危險生物的雙重危機，找到隕石解決這場危機？

　　曾獲得繪畫大獎的青年木股英雄（忍成修吾 飾），卻在某天失心發(fā)狂，殺死了擔(dān)任他模特的女友富江（酒井美紀(jì) 飾）。木股的朋友秀日和青山巧（妻夫木聰 飾）目睹這一切，并幫忙搬運掩埋尸體。三人相約保守這個秘密，卻不知道更為恐怖的事情還未到來。三人在酒吧散心期間，原本應(yīng)該死去的富江竟離奇地出現(xiàn)在包間內(nèi)，木股不堪承受巨大的精神壓力，旋即于洗手間內(nèi)自殺。秀日嘗試找到富江的尸體，結(jié)果卻因此變得愈加瘋狂。與此同時，富江又頻繁周旋青山身邊。這個神秘恐怖的女孩將三個男生相繼逼向崩潰的邊緣……　　本片根據(jù)日本著名恐怖漫畫家伊藤潤二的同名系列漫畫改編。
