　　被員工認為是沒錢賺，沒士氣，沒前途，沒妞泡的老字號梅花油公司，周一到周六的上班生活枯燥無味。員工個個空虛懶散，毫無紀律性，上班遲到更是家常便飯。周先生（詹瑞文 飾）是這家公司的經(jīng)理，喜歡調(diào)戲女員工，克扣員工工資。而公司還有缺乏性愛的會計小蝦（楊詩敏 飾），猥瑣的行政阿泰（鄧智堅 飾），天然呆的性感秘書Rachel（呂慧儀 飾）和年老色衰的清潔員大姨媽幾位職員。幾個人過著打工仔的生活，終日性幻想無所事事。然而有一天，周經(jīng)理接到大老板的電話，公司被中國成人保健集團收購，公司人事和市場面臨全新調(diào)配。感到危機的幾人決定統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線，一致對抗新公司。一襲人來到新公司，新公司的總裁Pink（趙彤 飾）在入職第一天就宣布，他們劃入催情香薰油部門，薪資將上漲百分之五十，然而幾人中，將有人面臨裁員。面對這慘烈的競爭，幾人只得打起十二分的精神加入到新公司的培訓中…　　該片改編自舞臺劇《潮性辦公室》。

　　At fictitious Tait University in the Roaring 20's, co-ed and school librarian Connie Lane (June Allyson) falls for football hero Tommy Marlowe (Peter Lawford). Unfortunately, he has his eye on gold-digging vamp Pat McClellan. Tommy's grades start to slip, which keeps him from playing in the big game. Connie eventually finds out Tommy really loves her and devises a plan to win him back and to get him back on the field.
